My Philosophy
The founding premise of my counseling approach is that we are not our feelings, our thoughts or our bodies, but something more. We each have a core self which is intrinsically worthwhile, valuable and lovable. My goal is not just to listen and empathize but to provide clients the tools to use in their daily lives to contact that core self, improve self esteem, coping skills, emotional resilience, relationship satisfaction and family harmony.
PROVIDING PROVEN STRATEGIES FOR

The following are just a few of these tools:
- Cognitive Behavioral Theory & Techniques
- Brainspotting
- Tapping/Emotional Freedom Technique
- Communication Styles & Skills Training
- Relational Problem Solving for Families & Couples
- Relaxation & Stress Management Skills
- Jungian Dream Processing
- Jungian Active Imagination
- Relapse Prevention for Depression & Anxiety
